Healthcare recruiters should take this as a sign to begin adding social recruiting enhancements to their overall hiring strategy.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The report highlights the key findings and illustrates the current state of play in healthcare recruiting and retention around social media, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The impact of social media and interactive Web 2.0 tools on candidate behavior and how to turn that interaction into actionable recruiting touch points.<\/li>\n<li>The fears that many companies have in using social media and how they can overcome them to enhance sourcing efforts.<\/li>\n<li>The tools available to help organizations tap into employee engagement, create brand awareness and expand recruiting reach.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The report from Hodes iQ is <a href=\"http:\/\/articles.pcrecruiter.net\/index.php\/2009\/10\/recruitment-software-company-releases\/\">one of many<\/a> concerning the use of social media in the recruiting world.<\/p>\n<p>Bullhorn, a provider of front office recruitment software, previously released &#8220;How Bullhorn Sees it: Six Tips for Using LinkedIn and Other Social Networks for Recruitment Success,&#8221;
