To find top candidate matches for any job in your database:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open a <strong>Position <\/strong>in PCRecruiter that has a job description.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the <strong>AI Candidate Match<\/strong> icon in the action menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PCR&#8217;s AI will start by generating a summary for the role before it begins analyzing your database.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In just a minute, you\u2019ll see a selection of up to 20 candidates from your internal database, each represented by a result card featuring:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <strong>Match Strength Score<\/strong> out of 100. Hover over the score to see the AI\u2019s positive and negative analysis notes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Candidate details including name, current title, location, and company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Keyword highlights<\/strong> showing what matched between the candidate\u2019s resume and the job summary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Options to <strong>link the candidate directly to the position pipeline<\/strong> or <strong>add them to a rollup list<\/strong> for sequencing and outreach.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do I get it?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The AI Match feature is currently available as part of our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pcrecruiter.net\/site\/2025\/07\/08\/pcr-ai-suite\/\">AI suite trial<\/a> for PCRM and PCR 9.
