Self-Support Options
If you have a general question about our software, you may find your answer in one of our self-assisted support areas:

- Documents - download feature manuals and other printable support materials

Live Support Options
If you need direct assistance from one of our staff members, you'll find a number of ways to reach us:
- S.O.S. (Support Online System) - submit questions or suggestions to our staff
- Webinars - regularly scheduled one-way online training sessions for large groups.
- Phone Support - if you require immediate assistance, our staff is available via phone
User Training
Each relationship with a new PCRecruiter client begins with training. After your contract is activated, your organization is assigned to one of our dedicated, professional Trainers. We assess your needs both during and after the initial sale, to ensure that your team is prepared to make the most of the wide variety of features offered by our products.
Your PCRecruiter contract comes with a number of hours of setup and training time* which can be used throughout your first year of using PCRecruiter. Once the included training has expired, your team may purchase additional hours of training for new users, existing user 'brush up sessions', new feature overviews, or any other purpose.
Although the bulk of our user training is handled by phone and internet, we do offer in-person trainings by special arrangement. Ask your Consultant for information.
