Job Board for WordPress

WordPress is an open-source platform with a great deal of flexibility, and it is also the most popular web content management system among PCR users. With that in mind, we’ve built the most comprehensive and flexible WordPress job board plugin available from any recruiting software.

We offer two ways to add your PCRecruiter jobs to WordPress, designed to fit different needs, timelines, and budgets:

Simple iFrame Embed: Fast launch, minimal cost

• Quickest way to publish your job board
• Minimal setup and no major website changes required
• Jobs appear in a seamless window within your careers page, but are hosted securely by PCR
• Mobile-friendly and easy for candidates to browse and apply
• Ideal for recruiters who want to get started right away

Things to consider:

• Job listings live on the PCRecruiter domain, not your website
• Limited search engine visibility and sharing options
• Best suited for businesses for whom search indexing and job sharing are not a key candidate source

Premium Full Sync: Best for visibility, branding, and growth

• Jobs are automatically synced from PCRecruiter directly to your website
• Each job appears as a fully branded individual page on your domain
• Significantly better search engine performance (Google Jobs, etc.) and link sharing
• Fully customizable to match your site’s design and branding
• Search and display of jobs are native in WordPress, which can result in faster performance

Job Board for SquareSpace & Other Platforms

Non-WordPress sites can still take advantage of the PCR Job Board! In these setups, the iframe method described above is used. Your job board will be hosted on the PCRecruiter server and embedded into your page using our unique iframe+javascript combination. This setup works on most web platforms, including SquareSpace, WebFlow, HubSpot, and others.

Some DIY platforms such as Wix, GoDaddy Website Builder, Google Sites, and Yahoo Small Business restrict third-party scripts. For these hosts we recommend linking to the Job Board on the PCR site directly, and we can apply colors, logos, and other branding to present a consistent feel for your jobseekers.
