This notice is to inform you that PCRecruiter user fees will increase for affected customers on June 1, 2022.
Affected customers include those with services agreements containing a price index feature where:
- The Initial Term has expired with an auto-renewal feature and
- The Initial Term has expired without an auto-renewal feature but with a then-current Terms of Service feature.
If your agreement is currently within its Initial Term or you have selected a pre-pay option, this price increase will not apply to your account.
Affected Services Agreements include an index or escalation feature based on the Producer Price Index by Commodity: Software Publishing: Application Software Publishing, Cross-Industry, Vertical Market, Utilities, and Other (WPU34210301).
This index was 111.9 in January of 2020, and 121.5 in January of 2022, representing a cumulative increase of 8.6% over the trailing twenty-four months. In order to avoid administrative complexity and differently situated customers based on their Initial Term expiration dates, Main Sequence has elected to average the two trailing years, which results in a 4.3% increase.
