Introducing AI Candidate Match

Today’s update brings (along with a slightly redesigned login page for better visibility of news like this!) our brand new AI Candidate Match feature. This powerful new AI recruiting tool is designed to help recruiters and hiring teams quickly identify the best-fit talent already in their private talent pool.

Within moments, the AI Candidate Match scans your existing resumes and compares them against the position you’re working on, presenting you with up to 20 top candidates who align with the job requirements.

• Empower your placements with AI-reasoned insights on candidate strengths and gaps.

By combining the power of AI with your existing talent data, you’ll spend less time searching and more time connecting with the right people. PCR’s AI helps you do what you already do best, better.

How Does It Work?

After activation and indexing, you’ll find the AI Candidate Match feature on positions in PCRM and PCR 9. To find top candidate matches for any job in your database:

1. Open a Position in PCRecruiter that has a job description.
2. Click the AI Candidate Match icon in the action menu.
3. PCR’s AI will start by generating a summary for the role before it begins analyzing your database.
4. In just a minute, you’ll see a selection of up to 20 candidates from your internal database, each represented by a result card featuring:
   • A Match Strength Score out of 100. Hover over the score to see the AI’s positive and negative analysis notes.
   • Candidate details including name, current title, location, and company.
   • Keyword highlights showing what matched between the candidate’s resume and the job summary.
   • Options to link the candidate directly to the position pipeline or add them to a rollup list for sequencing and outreach.

How do I get it?

The AI Match feature is currently available as part of our AI suite trial. This means you can use it, whether you’re using PCRM or PCR 9, for free.

However, preparing your database for this powerful new function requires requires a special database reindex with the Apache Lucene search engine. If you’d like to get into the queue for these adjustments and to have the AI Match enabled, complete this simple form and our team will be in touch!
